Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the BodyRate web service (the "Service"), available at bodyrate.ru, and its related Telegram bots (the "Bots"). By using the Service and/or the Bots, you (the "User") confirm your full and unconditional agreement with the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or the Bots.

1. General

• The Service is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Use of the Service is permitted exclusively for persons 18 years of age or older. Use of the Service by anyone under 18, including viewing results or making any payment, is prohibited.
• The Administration does not perform technical age verification. By using the Service, the User represents that they are 18 or older. If this representation is false, the User and any person on whose behalf they acted (including a legal guardian) bear sole responsibility for such use in violation of this prohibition, including responsibility for any payments made; the Administration bears no liability whatsoever.
• The Administration may change, restrict, or discontinue the Service (including specific paid features) at any time without prior notice.

2. How images are processed

• To generate the text report, the uploaded image is sent to a third-party processing service (an AI model provider) via a secure proxy. This transfer is required for the scoring feature to work.
• The Service does not maintain persistent storage of uploaded photos: the image is used to process a single request and is not retained by the Service after the response is generated. Only the numeric result (score) may be stored locally on the User's device for convenience.
• The Administration does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party processing providers.

3. User obligations and representations

• The User uploads only their own image, or an image of a person for which informed consent for such processing has been obtained.
• Uploading photos of minors is prohibited under all circumstances, as is uploading images of any third party without their consent.
• The User represents that they hold all rights to the uploaded image and that its processing does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• By uploading an image, the User consents to its processing for the purposes described in Section 2 and confirms they are entitled to give such consent.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes, or to insult, harass, discriminate against, or harm any person — including through the two-photo comparison feature — is prohibited.

4. Account and Telegram sign-in

• Access to paid features and quota tracking is provided via sign-in with a Telegram account. The Service account is linked to the User's Telegram account identifier.
• The User is solely responsible for maintaining access to their Telegram account. The Administration is not responsible for loss of access to purchased analyses/unlimited access resulting from the User losing access to their Telegram account.
• Accounts used for abuse (bypassing limits, multiple registrations to obtain repeated free analyses, transferring/reselling access to third parties) may be restricted without a refund.

5. Payments and pricing

• The Service offers paid packages: one-time analyses, 24-hour unlimited access, and 30-day unlimited access. Current pricing is displayed on the website and in the payment bot at the time of purchase.
• Payment is accepted via Telegram Stars and, where available, cryptocurrency through a third-party payment service or a bank card through a third-party payment provider. Payment data (card number, crypto wallet) is processed exclusively by the payment provider — the Service never receives or stores such data.
• Purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated in the plan's description at the time of purchase.
• Access under a paid plan is granted automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment. If crediting is delayed for technical reasons, contact support.

6. Refunds

• Purchased access is a digital good delivered immediately upon payment. Accordingly, except as stated below, payments are non-refundable.
• A refund may be issued if, due to a fault of the Service, paid access was not credited and cannot be credited within a reasonable time after contacting support. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment via @BodyRateSupport_bot, stating the payment method and time.
• Disagreement with the AI-generated text or score, or subjective dissatisfaction with the result, is not grounds for a refund — the Service explicitly warns of the entertainment-only, subjective nature of its scoring (see preamble).
• Payment disputes and claims should first be raised with the Service's support before contacting the payment provider or filing a chargeback.

7. Promo codes

• Promo codes grant bonus analyses or temporary unlimited access under the terms stated when distributed (e.g., in giveaways in the Service's Telegram channel).
• Each promo code may be redeemed no more than once per account unless stated otherwise. Promo codes have no cash value, are not transferable to other users, and may have a limited validity period and number of redemptions.
• The Administration may cancel a promo code and any associated credits if signs of abuse are detected (bots, multiple accounts).

8. Limitation of liability

• The User uses the Service at their own risk.
• The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences, losses, emotional or other harm arising from the use of the Service or the interpretation of its results.
• The Service's scores are not statements about any person's identity, worth, or value.
• The Administration's aggregate liability to the User on any grounds related to the use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the User for their most recent purchase.
• The Administration is not liable for outages, delays, or unavailability of third-party services (Telegram, payment providers, the AI model provider) used to operate the Service.

9. Intellectual property

All rights to the design, code, and content of the Service belong to its rights holder. Images uploaded by the User remain the User's property.

10. Support

For any questions, including technical issues, payment questions, and refunds, contact the support bot @BodyRateSupport_bot.

11. Miscellaneous

• Agreement with these Terms is confirmed by clicking "I agree" and/or by continuing to use the Service.
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• The Administration may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.
